Luz is a Nutrition Educator at Metro Health Department in Davidson County and works with Minority Wellness as our "Prevent T2" Prediabetes Lifestyle coach. She is passionate about empowering individuals to take charge of their health through informed choices and sustainable lifestyle changes. Committed to help people improve their relationship with food and living healthier, happier lives.

She is a physical therapist from Bogota, living now in Tennessee obtained her master's in Sport and Exercise Science, Sport Administration. She is an avid teacher of all things physical therapy. Here to bring here knowledge and experience to the fitness community when we get injured!
