The Collective covers the greater middle Tennessee area of Davidson, Williamson, and Rutherford counties. From Nashville, to Franklin, Mt. Juliet, Smyrna, La Vergne Antioch, and Murfreesboro

Purpose of community?

Fill the gap of comprehensive lifestyle-based fitness in English and Spanish.

The purpose of Minority Wellness

Mission: Committed to creating sustainable and funded collaborations that seek to maximize the positive impact of a population's health.

Our vision is to create a robust and integrated,healthy community in the USA through advocacy, education, and access to healthcare resources. We intend to execute social and civic matters as a community-based organization and community-based coalition.

Our Journey: Minority Wellness started as a local Nashville Health Coalition.

She is the founder of Nash Latinas Running Club #NLRC and avid community fitness leader. Also a certified medical assistance (MA) when she is not with her supportive family.

Alfredo Sequera, Kinetaping certified

He is a former decathlon athlete from Venezuela and I loves to stay active now in his 60's. He teaches the Kinetape Taping Injury clinic curriculum. Runs marathons and trains children to be the next athletes of tomorrow. Here to bring his knowledge and experience of track and field and LATAM special olympics to the initiative!

I'm currently in the process of becoming a pre-diabetic health coach and I am here to help with the initiative goals of increasing access and more preventive care for all. Certified personal trainer located in North Nashville in Hermitage, TN.

She is Preventive Medicine Physician and the initiative's medical leader to help provide health promotion and awareness of various healthcare resources. The goal is have upstream fitness solutions for individual and group needs.
